Travel Mart a regular B2B or business to business event happening in Indonesia is now in the Philippines for the first time.
They held a one day event at the Dusit Thani hotel in Makati. We visited their event this morning to check how it is and see the travel operators present.
To the operators in Visayas and Mindanao, you can catch TTC Travel Mart in Cebu City on the 30th of August. The same group will be there to serve the travel agencies in the South.
TTC Travel Mart brought more or less 90 operators including hotels, resorts, theme parks and other tourism destination in all the South East Asian countries. They expected around 400 travel agencies in Manila.
We spotted travel operators from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Laos, as far as Australia, China, and Singapore. But we noticed one airline only – Cebu Pacific Air.
